- You are comfortable doing nothing? For long stretches of time? Yes, I’m comfortable doing nothing. Yes, I’m comfortable doing nothing for long stretches of time. I don’t need to be busy or have something going on to enjoy myself or feel satisfaction in life.
- If you could inherit a vacation home anywhere in the world in which you could spend two months a year, where would it be? At first glance, I would say somewhere in Europe or in Australia or New Zealand. After consulting with my wife, with whom I’d be spending this vacation time, I’m going to say the south of France – preferably a beach house.
- If you were instantly able to play one musical instrument perfectly that you never have played before, what would it be? Initially, I thought the piano. I’ve always wished I could play the piano. However, I’ve also always wanted to play the guitar. And it’s portable, so I could take it anywhere. And, my wife loves the sound of good guitar playing.
- Would you rather be given $10,000 for your own use or $100,000 to give anonymously to strangers? $10,000 for myself would be great, but the idea of being able to bless others would be wonderful. It reminds me of the 1994 movie It Could Happen to You.

Love that you checked with your best half before answering. Brilliant! I could do the beach house in the south of France too, It would be hard for me though, as I answered Beach house in Oregon.
Thanks! My wife loves the beach – when it comes down to it, it probably doesn’t matter where the beach is located as long as it’s a beach!
Much like your beloved wife I can do a beach hose almost anywhere. I have a couple of exceptions and they are Florida & California in the great US of America. There is nothing better than the coast in Oregon for a good beach trip.
I love your answers, most I would relate to, I would opt for Florida myself, but being European(UK) I suppose that is fairly obvious. Guitar as I already play it I completely agree. nice post and read. 😉
