Travel Theme: Oceans

Ailsa over at Where’s my backpack? has a new challenge for us: Oceans. This photo of the Atlantic Ocean is from August 2007. It was taken along the Jersey Shore (in Wildwood) while on a church youth retreat. While on the retreat we worked, we spent a day in Philadelphia, and we spent a day at the beach. As you can see, it was beautiful!

Gorgeous colours, Stephen, I’ve heard the Jersey Shore is really lovely, and it gets lovelier the further south you go. This is down near Cape May, isn’t it? You’ve inspired me to make a trip to the Jersey Shore sometime soon. I doubt I’ll make it that far south, but somewhere day trip distance from the Big Apple might be on the cards soon!
